A few years ago, I was drowning in corporate deadlines, feeling burnt out and disconnected from myself. In those quiet moments, I’d light a candle—hoping its gentle glow would help me pause, reset, and feel a little more grounded.

But I kept running into the same frustrations: candles that melted into messy shapes, wasted wax, and scents that didn’t feel like me. I wanted something more thoughtful—a candle that stayed beautiful, burned cleanly, and gave me the freedom to choose how my space should feel.

So I created Lescent.
