Welcome to Lescent Candle. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site.

1. Ordering & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept secure payments via major credit cards and third-party payment gateways.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion (e.g. due to limited stock, payment issues, or suspected fraud).

2. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours unless otherwise stated. Shipping timeframes vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Delays caused by postal services or customs are outside our control, but we will always provide tracking details.

You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping details are correct. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

3. Product Description

We take care to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate; however, minor variations in colour, shape, or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of our products or lighting in photography.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including images, graphics, product descriptions, logos, and trademarks — are the property of Lescent Candle and protected by Australian copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lescent Candle will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expense arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount paid for the item.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

7. Returns & Faulty Products

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of our site or purchases made through it will be handled under Queensland jurisdiction.
